1. Fret not thyself because of evildoers, neither be thou envious against the workers of iniquity.
Ps 37.7
Rest in the LORD, and wait patiently for him: fret not thyself because of him who prospereth in his way, because of the man who bringeth wicked devices to pass. ;Ps 73.3
For I was envious at the foolish, when I saw the prosperity of the wicked. ;Prov 23.17
Let not thine heart envy sinners: but be thou in the fear of the LORD all the day long. ;Prov 24.1-19
Be not thou envious against evil men, neither desire to be with them. ;

2. For they shall soon be cut down like the grass, and wither as the green herb.
Ps 90.5-6
Thou carriest them away as with a flood; they are as a sleep: in the morning they are like grass which groweth up. ;

3. Trust in the LORD, and do good; so shalt thou dwell in the land, and verily thou shalt be fed.

4. Delight thyself also in the LORD: and he shall give thee the desires of thine heart.
Isa 58.14
Then shalt thou delight thyself in the LORD; and I will cause thee to ride upon the high places of the earth, and feed thee with the heritage of Jacob thy father: for the mouth of the LORD hath spoken it. ;

5. Commit thy way unto the LORD; trust also in him; and he shall bring it to pass.

Cast thy burden upon the LORD, and he shall sustain thee: he shall never suffer the righteous to be moved. ;Prov 16.8
Better is a little with righteousness than great revenues without right. ;Mat 6.25

6. And he shall bring forth thy righteousness as the light, and thy judgment as the noonday.

And thine age shall be clearer than the noonday: thou shalt shine forth, thou shalt be as the morning. ;Mica 7.9
I will bear the indignation of the LORD, because I have sinned against him, until he plead my cause, and execute judgment for me: he will bring me forth to the light, and I shall behold his righteousness. ;

It is good that a man should both hope and quietly wait for the salvation of the LORD. ;Ps 37.1

9. For evildoers shall be cut off: but those that wait upon the LORD, they shall inherit the earth.
